neil,

i upgraded to scgi-1.2_alpha2 and mod_scgi-1.2_alpha2.  i'm using
quixote-1.0.  now i'm getting a different error.

in firefox the error is:

Method Not Implemented
_form to /index.html not supported.

elinks says:

"Error reading from socket" message.

it looks like the problem described in this post:

like charles said in the post, it doesn't happen if you wait 20+
seconds.
