http://mail.mems-exchange.org/pipermail/quixote-users/2003-December/002353.html [Quixote-users] Implementing SOAP in Quixote ... is the last i could find on SOAP-support -- there doing "something analogous to the XML-RPC support already in Quixote" is brought up, has anyone worked on it since or been using SOAP otherwise? The app. skeleton by Dave Kuhlman is documented to include: "skeleton/soapserver.py - A sample SOAP server." (in http://www.rexx.com/~dkuhlman/quixote_skeleton.html), but the zip in http://www.rexx.com/~dkuhlman/quixote_skeleton.zip does not include that, nor could i find it from elsewhere (the services module in the skel. has SOAPpy commented out). I don't need anything too fancy now, so am thinking about just starting with XML-RPC, even though SOAP was suggested by the ppl who will be using this interface, and SOAPpy seems to do a nice job at making it usable .. but having the xmlrpc support already there in Quixote makes that more attractive again. So any additional information about this is welcome. ~Toni, ... going to have lunch now, starting to implement then
