No, that's only projects that make you think "I could just rewrite this
instead - then at least I'd know how it works."

BTW, code is really awful documentation: it overspecifies, and rarely
provides any guide as to the structure above a nuts and bolts level.
Having code is better than having no docs at all, but not much better
except for trivial programs - a few dozens of lines, say.
