In theory at least making Quixote work as a WSGI complicant application
server would allow Quixite applications to be deployed on any WSGI
compliant server. In the long term that should be the easiest way to get
wide support for http servers (there are at least 4 wsgi servers in
development).

Also it should be quite possible to make scgi work as a wsgi server so
that quixote can run as now but with wsgi as a standard layer between
scgi and quixote applications.
