I guess I'm unsure if it is really working with SCGI, since I did have it working with normal CGI earlier (i.e., if I remove the "Location" entry and stop the quixote_handler, it still works fine). I also looked at the Apache access_log and there was nothing in there that indicates that it is using SCGI. I guess I'm trying to find some validation that my environment configuration is using SCGI and NOT regular CGI. Thanks.
