Quixote 2 includes an SCGI driver script, but the mod_python driver
script for Quixote 1 has not yet been ported to Quixote 2.  Any
volunteers?
At the moment, then, SCGI will be easier.

If you are just prototyping, you might even be satisfied using the
'simple_server' in Quixote 2.  I think it is the easiest of all.
