Are you sure this belongs in the basic Quixote package?

(I'm never in favor of expanding things ;).

It seems like UserKit or other modules could be layered on top of quixote
with ease at the moment.  As long as MXUser/MXGroup don't prevent that,
obviously there's no real problem...
