Uppercase here is meant to give a clue that this is a switch
for the 'HTTPS' environment variable.  Still, I see your point,
and, most likely, no one would get that clue.

Why fall into line on this issue, though?  As long as we have
optparse to provide nice usage statements, no worries.  ;)
