I don't think CNRI's legal team has anything to do with this.  We've
got permission to release the code already, after all, and there's no
difference between tar files on our Web site and a set of CVS files on
our server, really.  (Write CVS access would be more complicated to
arrange.)

I think this decision is mostly up to the developers in our group;
personally, I see no burning need for a CVS repository for Quixote,
because integrating patches hasn't been that difficult so far.
