That's the solution.

I must put script-name=/qx and browse (I use
firefox-1.0.2) to http://localhost/qx/

Last problem is the favicon.ico ;-(.
I receive an error saying that /favicon.ico is not
present but that's true my favicon.ico is at
/qx/favicon.ico.

I think the best would be to put it in the rootpage of
apache.
