D'ohh!  Considering how many times I've messed with similar
RewriteRules, you would think I'd have figured it out by now.  I think

(Should match /q, /q/, /q/foo, /q/foo/bar, etc.  Note that Quixote takes
care of redirecting /q to /q/; this is horribly slow with a CGI driver
script, but shouldn't matter under mod_python.)
