Hi all --

finally got around to renaming the quixote.mod_python module -- it's now
quixote.mod_python_handler.  This calls for a third alpha release:
  http://www.mems-exchange.org/software/files/quixote/Quixote-0.4a3.tar.gz

Erno, can you give this a try and see if I finally got it right?  (Third
time's a charm, as they say.)  Same goes for anyone else with a working
mod_python setup.  I may have a working mod_python setup myself soon,
but I thought that, in the grand Pythonic tradition, I'd throw together
an untested release after 5pm on a Friday.

If nobody finds problems by, say, Tuesday, this will become Quixote 0.4.
