OK, who is "pvl"?  Your test uploads are going wrong: the first one has
description "one small binary, one small text, one big binary", but only
one file (C:\temp\res.zip) was actually uploaded.  And your second
upload has the same description, but only includes C:\temp\big.txt .

Is this pilot error?  Or are you positive you're entering valid
filenames?  It's easy to blame IE... ;-)
