Hi folks,

I'm coordinating upgrade schedules (a fancy way of saying that I have to
decide when to tell someone else to upgrade my package on their machine ;)
and would like to have some idea of the state of the next release, which,
from CVS, looks like it will be Quixote 0.6.  1 month?  2 months?  3 months?
