[LWN site code release]

If you're going to put the code out there, you pretty much have to, I
think.  It's part of my planning, and also part of why I'm not rushing into
it - it's going to take time to do all that.  And, in the end, I'm not sure
if the code will really be all that useful; it's great for making LWN, but
I've certainly not tried to make a more general "create a portal" package
out of it at this point...
