OK, Andrew has checked in a patch based on yours. I've made another,
unrelated change to Quixote. (Treat sys.stderr similarly to sys.stdout,
ie. reassign it in Publisher.setup_logs().) I think we're ready for
Quixote 0.4.1.
Mikhail, can you download
http://www.mems-exchange.org/software/files/quixote/Quixote-0.4+.tar.gz
and try it with IIS? This should fix all the problems you reported.
If it works, I'll release that code as Quixote 0.4.1.
