The current intent is to spin-out the software group, effectively returning IntelliSense to its roots as a profitable software company. IntelliSense continues to sell and support the software. The hardware and foundry business is being phased out with no new customer being accepted. This is a consequence of the over-expansion created by the telecom boom. All of the details are currently being worked out. Questions related to software support will continue to be answered through the normal software support phone numbers and email.
