I have written a CIF to postscript converter which is freeware and available at http://www.wavefrontsciences.com under Micro-Optics. Specifically its at: http://www.wavefrontsciences.com/Micro-optics/cif2ps.htm We use it at Stanford to laserprint some of our larger feature masks (20-50 micron features) which we transfer to chrome/glass through photolithography and chrome etching. If you find any bugs or problems, let me know and I'll try to patch them up. I've made several masks with this program now and found it very useful. Good luck, Justin. Justin D.
