Hello all,

I'm looking for maybe a half dozen or so 100 mm, 600 micron thick, prime
grade, double polished, Si wafers.  Does anyone have a few wafers of this
thickness that they'd be willing to part with? Or have an idea where I might
find something like this fairly quickly?  I think anything between 580 and
620 would probably work, but the thickness is pretty critical.
