Hi All,

 Does anyone have any experience with using an alternative developer
(apart from AZ400K) for Clariant's AZ9260 photoresist? Has anyone tried
Microposit developer 2401, and if so, what are the developing conditions
like as compared to AZ400K for resist thicknesses from 6um up to 30um?
