Hi,
   I was wondering wether anyone here has any experience with ICP PECVD
deposition tools and coatings? In particular we are thinking of
purchasing ICP PECVD deposition tools instead of LPCVD tubes for our new
Fab. facility.  We would want to run nitride, oxide, and polysilicon.
