Hi all, I would like to see if you can have experience in making measurement of a CNT bridged electrode. Basically, I am trying to make a CNTFET. I found that when I got a CNT bridged electrodes, it is extremely easy to be burnt. It happens in CNT itself and the electrodes. I am guessing it is caused by static charge in human body. I have already grounded myself while handling the CNT bridged electrodes and taking IV measurement. The condition for the IV measurement is in air and room temperature. Also, I found that the current is extremely small which is ~1E-12 A. People always have current up to couple nanoamps or more. I know that they may take the measurment under vaccum. So, I would like to see whether you can share your experience with me. Thanks. Hoyin
