Funding or collaboration sought for MEMS Chemical Sensor

Dear colleagues --

I am searching for funding sources, or information on funding sources,
with which to complete my doctoral research. This funding would only
need to cover the fabrication costs of devices. The concept is this:
using an electrostatically (comb finger) driven plate which has been
treated with a chemo-selective polymer, detect a frequency shift based
on the change in mass due to absorbtion of analyte. The concept is not
new, but certain aspects of these devices are novel, and might also be
of interest to potential collaborators. If you have read this far, thank
you, and feel free to contact me with any questions, comments, or
recommendations you may have.

Again, thanks.
