Guys, you need to talk with someone who is a packaging engineer. For $75
bucks you can join the International Packaging Society (IMAPS) and get a
lot of this information.=20

Ceramic packages are made by a couple of companies Kyocera and NTK,
there are probably more but they are the biggest. Coors may also be in
this game.=20

You can also by PCB packages to put die into. But these cannot be
hermetically sealed so this may not be of interest. =20

It's called Ceramic PGA (pin grid array) package, as told by my
colleague who works on MEMS packaging.
