Ladies and Gentlemen,
Further to my previous response to the question, "What is the world record for
the height of a MEMS structure out of the plane?" I just wanted to re-iterate
my previous comment that at some point this becomes a rather silly discussion.
Trying to find the tallest MEMS structure may become equivalent to finding the
world's smallest can of soup labeled "LARGE."

I agree 100% with Yuchong Tai... what do you mean by MEMS? Can I just glue a
sewing needle to a silicon wafer? There, I win! Bottom line: it sounds like a
bunch of people trying to say "mine is bigger."

At least it provides an opportunity for some humor. Can we get Dave Barry on
this mailing list?
