Do you mean all of these components integrated together or just one MEMS

I apologize for the misunderstanding...To answer your question, I mean one MEMS
device that has the ability to act as a sensor for all of these phenomena...

Colleagues-
I was just wondering if anyone has heard of a mem that would be
considered
"all purpose" (i.e. temperature sensing, accelerometer, pressure
sensing,
optical features, etc. all in one!!) If anyone has info for me, please
help me out.
