Dear Colleagues,

Has anybody done a study on the effect of heat
(conductive/convective/radiative) on gold-on-polysilicon bimorph
cantilevers formed by MUMPS process or any other surface
micromachined bimorph cantilevers.
Please suggest me any references on this topic.
