Dear All,
I have been trying to do Amino-silanization on Plasma oxidized PDMS.
The silane solution is made in absolute ethanol and acetic acid mix.
The process was carried out at room temperature for 30mins. After
rinsing in ethanol (absolute) samples were heated at 100C for 15mins.
I could see the change in surface topography of PDMS but the contact
angle was around 93 after silanization.
Can anyone please suggest some protocol for the same or any pointers
as to where i might be going wrong.
