Almost any screen printer can do this. Your problem will be with material choice. How long the pot life of the epoxy is. Is the glue thixotropic and how well will it print. The you have to think about how much glue you will waste on the screen and clean up. If you just want to make a few parts screen printing is a reasonable method of deposition, however there are lots of dispensing tools on the market, from simple hand held low cost systems to full in line high performance systems.
