Dear All.

I am doing pull-in analysis of MEMS transducer. I have aluminum electrode on
silicon membrane. the area of al is lesser than membrane area. Should i
define some FSIN boundary to Electrode-membrane interface also. Without that
i am not getting the solution.

If anybody can help me, i will be thankful.
