Hi folks,

i am a student from bielefeld, germany und very new to photolithography.
i bought spr220-7 from a local reseller of rohm & haas in germany.
unfortunately i am note able to figure out how much thinner and how
much resist i need to get spr220-3. the reseller can't provide any
information. do you know where i can get the datasheet in which i can
find the mixture-relations?
