Hi all,

I'm using Jersey-cote (From labscientific) to do SU8 mold treatment for the ease
of PDMS demolding. Right now, the protocol I'm using is just like the
silanization process (three drops of Jersey-cote along with SU8 mold keep in a
desiccator for 30min). But I didn't see too much improvement after the
treatment.  Should Jersey-cote be applied in some special way, like spin
coating?  BTW, do you guys know what is actually in Jersey-cote?  As I
understand, it's not a silane based chemical. The MSDS from labscientific only
have information about the organic solvent they used (IPA and ethanol).  The
secret ingredient is missing...
