I'd like to perform mechanical modelling on ferroelectric thin film.
Therefore i need Young modulus, Poisson
coefficient and thermal coefficient of : PbTiO3, MgO, BaTiO3 and SrTiO3.
Does anyone know of published work
giving the mechanical properties of thin films of these materials?
