Dear All:

I have a stack of Si3N4(100nm)/Cr(20nm)/Au(200nm) on top of each other. I
deposited Cr to promote the adhesion of Au to SiN.

Now I want to pattern the two conductive layer on top (Cr and Au).
What kind of etchant you suggest?
