Hi all,

I've tried to etch (100) silicon in HNA (1:15:5) with and without
sonication. Sonication provides much different and better surface
morphology.

Is there any paper which describes how sonication affects HNA etch ? I've
search for a paper on that subject, but i can not find it. Any suggestions?
