Hi All,
i'm looking for SIMOX wafers. Ideally i would need device layer around
100nm, but i may accept also thicker device layer.
I prefer diameters up to 150mm but i can accept also larger diameters.

Is there someone who has a few SIMOX wafers to sell ?
