Hi All,
Does anyone has any experience with laminating of multiple TMMF resist layers? I
could not find any recipe in literature for soft bake temperature/times,
exposure dosage, post bake temp/time, development time. I am aiming for 110um of
resist using 55um TMMF 2055.
