Cad-Art (outputcity) is great to work with. I've had them print quite
a few masks for me. Their max dpi is 25.4k (1um) last I checked. They
guaranty 10um feature size, but print at full 1um resolution. e.g. I
think that works out to 10um +/- 1um.
