Hi Everyone,
I need to know a good heat conductive thermal glue to attach ceramic on copper.I
want to attach a TE cooler (ceramic surface at bottom) onto copper heat sink.I
use Thermal grease from MG chemicals and copper infused epoxies but i need
something firm to hold it as well as transfer heat.Please let me know if you
used any thermal conductive high viscous paste.
I appreciate your answer.
