Hi Karthikeyan,

You can make a nichrome etchant with a chemical composition of
H2O:H2O2:HNO3:HCl in 1:1:2:2 ratio (etch rate of about 0.3 μm/min for ~40
s) followed by dipping in chromium etchant for about 5 min to remove a very
thin residual layer of chromium.
