I hope you have had these questions answered, but if not you can contact
Thermocarbon. They are in Mountain View, CA and you can speak to Fumio
Wada.  They have a saw that can cut circular die.  The wafer is held
down with dicing tape. This way the die do not come off after cutting
through the wafer.
