I'm looking for the 6*6 matrix "ZnO" parameters for each of constant-strain
permittivity, piezoelectric stress constant, and constant-electric-field
elastic stiffness for 3-d piezoelectric-modeling in ANSYS.
(or 6*6 matrix for each of piezoelectric strain constant and elastic
compliance matrix evaluated at a constant electric field)

It will be very appreciated if anyone let me know the values,
informations, or references.
