Hi, everybody;

Can anyone tell the little trick for break silicon wafer (100) and (111)
straightly? Each time, it always goes curve rather than straight when I brake it
using diamond pen. I understand lot of you must have a little stunt on that and
I appreciate if any of you can share with me.
