Hi,
        I would like to know about the wafer manufacturing companies
which  can meet our wafer specifications.
1) Resistivity 20 - 30 ohm-cm
2)Doping N-type
3) FZ Growth Process
4) 2 inch Diameter
5)Double Side Polished
6)10 mil thickness
7) Orientation <100>

        I would be grateful if someone suggests me about the wafer manufacturing
companies. we are looking out for the odd lots of wafers so that we can
get them for cheap or lesser than the normal price.
