MEMS Course at SEMICON/West 95
Monday, 10 Jul. 1995, 8:30am-6pm

This short course will provide an introduction to MEMS with emphasis on the
role that semiconductor materials and equipment suppliers can play to further
advance MEMS technology. The course will be for executive managers, sales/
marketing personnel, design, manufacturing, R&D and process engineers; supplier
of equipment and materials - especially those with an interest in MEMS
technology. The instructor is Prof. Mehran Mehregany from Case Western Reserve
