Mehmet,

I have recently found the following 2 sources for 2mm thick, 100mm
diameter Si wafers, double side polished. I think both sites will make
wafers to a custom thickness as they are manufacturers.

1. Contact: A P VASUDEVAN
Postal Address: CHEMPLAST SANMAR LIMITED, 8 CATHEDRAL ROAD, INDIA
    TEL : 91-44-827 3333 EXTN 2204
    FAX : 91-44-826 9359
    EMAIL: APV@SANMARGROUP.COM

2. Contact: Yevgeniy Gulin.
    "Prolog Semicor" Ltd.
    Postal Address: P.O.Box 69, Kyiv, Ukraine, 252040
    Tel: 380-44-2444135
    Tel/Fax: 380-44-2444629
    http://www.semicor.ukrpack.net
    E-mail: post@semicor.kiev.ua

I hope this helps.

Nigel Sharma.
