CFP: Mechanics in Micro-Electro-Mechanical Systems (MEMS)
17-22 Nov. 96, Atlanta, Ga.

This symposium will address the role and applications of applied mechanics in
advancing the understanding, design, and use of MEMS. The sessions of this
symposium will be coordinated with those of symposia being organized through
the Dynamic Systems and Control, Fluids Engineering, and Heat Transfer
Divisions of ASME. Researchers interested in presenting a paper at this
symposium should submit a one-page abstract to one of the organizers no later
