Dear Zuoyi Wang, If you use interdigital transducers to generate surface acoustic wave, it is easy to obtain this information placing two transducers facing each other (emitter, receiver). On the oscilloscope, the signal is delayed of T and knowing the distance between both transducers, you obtain the velocity. An other method is to use a vribrometer laser, but you can use this method until 40 MHz.
