I gave a paper on RF MEMS at a conference a couple of months ago.  It is
only 4 pages long, but I will mail it if you send me your address.  In
return, I would appreciate getting e-copies of other responses to your
message.  Also, there is a new book on RF MEMS published by Artech House.
