     My name is Ben Jones, and I am a Senior Mechanical Engineering student
at SDSU.  I am researching high power density thin heaters, and was
interested if you would know if there are any companies producing or
research on using layers of resistively doped silicon sandwiched together to
make a physically thin,resistive wafer that could generate a high degree of
heating power.
